1 (1lb) package light brown sugar
2 cups self-rising flour
1 stick salted butter, softened
3 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 heaping cup sweetened flaked coconut
1 heaping cup salted cocktail peanuts
1 heaping cup milk chocolate chips or chunks
1 heaping cup peanut butter chips or wafers
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 13 by 9-inch baking pan.
In a stand mixer, mix together the brown sugar, flour, and butter until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla and stir well. Fold in coconut, peanuts, chocolate pieces and peanut butter pieces. The "batter" will be thick like a dough.
Spread the dough evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted through the middle comes out clean.
Cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares. Store at room temperature.
