Peanut butter pie is one of our all time favorite desserts so we were thrilled to learn that Nabisco had released Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie Oreo (not to be confused with Peanut Butter Creme Oreo). For this new variety, Oreo pairs golden graham flavored cookies with creamy peanut butter and chocolate flavored cremes.
We really enjoyed the combination of classic flavors and found this Oreo variety to be one of the better ones out there. They're no substitute to actual peanut butter pie, but you will love the taste and texture nonetheless. While these crunchy critters are not as luscious and decadent as the real deal, they're a notable, fun new snack treat that is worth the effort.
